1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and pkvip5 ("pkvip5," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the pkvip5 platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at pkvip5.app (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any service offered by pkvip5, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use pkvip5, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming law and PAGCOR-recognized regulatory standards.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful at the time of play.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of pkvip5 or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from pkvip5 or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming authority.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. pkvip5 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify your identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or closure.

pkvip5 employs Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws. You consent to these verification procedures as a condition of using the Platform.

3 Account Management

Single Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one active pkvip5 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. If pkvip5 identifies duplicate accounts, all such accounts may be suspended, and any balances or winnings held therein may be forfeited.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkvip5 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. pkvip5 will never request your password through any channel, including live chat or email. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified pkvip5 of unauthorized access without undue delay.

Account Accuracy. You must keep your account information accurate and up to date. If any of your registered details change, you must update your account promptly. pkvip5 is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. pkvip5 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its then-current dormancy policy, provided that the applicable fee schedule has been communicated to you in advance.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods. pkvip5 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). pkvip5 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts; all funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum transaction limits for specific payment methods are displayed on the cashier page and may be updated from time to time.

Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. pkvip5 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the cashier page. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required verification checks.

Withdrawal Conditions. Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed all applicable wagering requirements associated with any bonus funds in your account. pkvip5 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Anti-Money Laundering. pkvip5 is required to comply with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. Unusual or suspicious transaction patterns may be reported to the relevant authorities. pkvip5 reserves the right to delay or refuse any transaction that it reasonably suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other unlawful activity .

5 Bonuses and Promotions

General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by pkvip5 are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and time limits will be specified in the relevant promotion terms. Wagering contributions vary by game type; slots typically contribute 100%, while live dealer games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate.

Bonus Abuse. pkvip5 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, colluding with other players, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations.

Promotional Changes. pkvip5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not adversely affect bonuses already credited to player accounts in good faith.

6 Gameplay Rules and Fair Use

Game Rules. Each game available on pkvip5 is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with the applicable rules before placing any wager. pkvip5 is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to understand game rules.

Random Number Generation. All pkvip5 casino games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The integrity of game outcomes is independently verified to ensure fairness for all players.

Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, pkvip5 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. Malfunction voids all pays and plays. pkvip5 is not liable for any loss of winnings resulting from a technical failure beyond its reasonable control.

Bet Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. pkvip5 reserves the right to impose individual bet limits on any account at its discretion, including where it suspects irregular betting patterns.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pkvip5 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Opening or operating more than one pkvip5 account.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes through the use of software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such discovery must be reported to pkvip5 support immediately.
• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pkvip5 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the pkvip5 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform, is the property of pkvip5 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of pkvip5.

The pkvip5 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of pkvip5. You may not use these marks without the prior written permission of pkvip5.

9 Privacy and Data

pkvip5 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

pkvip5 implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and pkvip5 cannot warrant the absolute security of information you transmit to the Platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

No Warranty. The pkvip5 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pkvip5 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform, the accuracy of any content, or the availability of any game or service.

Limitation. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkvip5 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, even if pkvip5 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Cap on Liability. In no event shall pkvip5's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pkvip5 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Suspension and Termination

Termination by You. You may close your pkvip5 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification.

Termination by pkvip5. pkvip5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority. In cases of confirmed fraud or material breach, pkvip5 may forfeit any balance held in the account.

Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your licence to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply, including but not limited to Sections 7, 8, 10, and 12.

12 Governing Law and Disputes

Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and pkvip5, you are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. pkvip5 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

Jurisdiction. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

13 Amendments to These Terms

pkvip5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, pkvip5 will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
